Ok girls...i've just heard that Chanel is raising they're prices again. Not good news for a bag that runs almost $3000.00. With so many great styles to choose from, it's difficult to make a decision on just one. If you're looking to purchase one try to stay as classic as possible.
Obviously all the flaps, medium, jumbo and XL jumbo are great. But take into account when and how you will be wearing the bag. For daytime stay with the jumbo or XL. Much more stuff fits in these bags. The medium really is for evening or ladies who lunch.:)
A great alternative to the flap is the camera style Chanel. It's made in the "classic" style or "reissue" (my favorite) style. The reissue has a different chain and a distressed leather. I find that it holds everything I could possible need and it has a great, younger feel to it.
My latest obsession is the mini flap. Chanel only releases a few of these a season. Yes, it is smaller than the medium flap, but it's not only for evening. The chain is long and the bag can be worn like a messenger. It holds quite a bit...a small wallet, phone, keys and the essential lip balms. This bag is great!... Young, classic and has a ton of personality. Shopping with this gem is a breeze. xoxo

I'm loving a really cool watch right now. They're made by the Toy Watch co. There are many styles with different materials. Celebrities have been spotted with the plasteramic style, but i'm really loving (and just ordered) the jelly collection. They come in all different colors and you can even mix and match the jelly's. Paired up with your designer duds, these watches give you the perfect laid back, funky feel. The jelly's run about $175, a little expensive, but a whole lot of wow. Hope you like. xoxo

Well here we go a start of a new decade. When I think back at the start of the last one, and the whole Y2K craziness, it makes me feel old...but only for a second!...Age is a state of mind not the number.:)
I came across a couple of great products that actually do what they say. The first is made by YSL. Yes YSL. When I think of YSL, make up isn't the first thing that pops into my head. But this particular product is great. It's called, TOUCHE ECLAT. It's a highlighter for the skin, that also helps lessen dark circles around the eye. Go to the YSL website and it explains in detail how to wear it. BTW Olivia Palermo is a big fan and apparently this product is so popular one sells every 60 seconds (according to the Barney's sales person).
The second is from Lancome. Lancome Imanance. It's a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15. Just gives the skin that glow that we're all looking for. No doubt that 8 hours of sleep and a ton of water a day is really the secret, but this just helps in the process.
Hope you all like products. And hope you all have an incredible 2010...xoxo
